Planning a review
Start with the project, environment, and date range you need to review. Identify the activity or access changes you want to investigate, and share that scope with your Buildrbrand contact.
For a scheduled review, agree on the required evidence and delivery date with your project team. The appropriate review cadence depends on your project and agreement.
Requesting audit records
Logs can be exported in standard formats (CSV, JSON) for audits, legal requests, integrations, and reporting workflows.
Email support with your organization, project name, date range, time zone, and preferred format. Do not include passwords, API keys, or customer records in your initial message.
